ORDER
This writ petition is filed to direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2022.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 14.12.2022 not to vacate from his cultivating land comprised in gramanatham Survey No.33/1 to the extent of 15762.50 sq.ft., situated at Serpanacheri Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District. However, the said representation was not considered by the respondents, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered by the fourth respondent within a period of twelve weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2022, after issuing due notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved parties, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
