(Ms.) No.221, Revenue and Disaster Management Department Land Disposal Wing, LD-5(1) Section, dated 03.07.2024, quash the same and forbear the respondents 2 to 4 from handing over the property to the fifth respondent to establish a petrol bunk after cutting down the 60 standing mango trees over the land. (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.M.L.Ramesh sought leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings.

2. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as prayed for. We clarify, we have not expressed any opinion and all rights and contentions are kept open even of proposed defendants/respondents, including to challenge the right to maintain any action. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim applications stand closed.
