Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to put the petitioner in actual physical possession of the immovable property in Plot No.D-27 in Madhavaram Bus and Truck Terminal comprised in Survey No.811/2 (Part) and 812/2B (Part) Madhavaram Village limits of Ambattur Taluk of Thiruvallur District pursuant to the Sale Certificate dated 26.04.2022 issued by the 1st respondent in favour of the petitioner.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The case of the petitioner is that she has taken part in an public eauction conducted by the first respondent and she emerged as the successful bidder. According to the petitioner, she has paid the entire sale consideration and she was also issued with sales certificate on 30.04.2022. However, the petitioner was not given physical possession till date. The petitioner has, therefore, filed this writ petition, seeking a mandamus, directing the first respondent to put the petitioner in physical possession.

2. A perusal of the typed set of papers shows that the petitioner has not given any representation to the first respondent seeking physical possession of the property. The petitioner is, therefore, directed to give a representation within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall consider the said representation as per the sales certificate issued in the petitioner's favour, and pass necessary orders.
