Private Notice Permitted - Proof Filed - Served For R2 COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed by the petitioner, seeking cancellation of bail granted to the 2nd respondents by this Court in CRL OP Nos. 13174 & 13172 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020 respectively.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petitioner is one of the victims in another case and further the 2nd respondents is habitually involved in committing various offences against where the petitioner is residing hence unable to bear the continuous harassment in the hands of the 2nd respondent, the petitioner herein has come forward with the present petition.

Since the order passed by this Court is of the year 2020 this Court has verified the stage of the case and it was reported that the case is pending for examination of investigating officer. Accordingly, this Court has adjourned the matter with a direction to complete the examination of the investigation officer. 3.When the matter is called today, it is reported that the investigation officer was examined. However, the 2nd respondent/bail petitioner has obtained time for cross examination of the investigation officer. 4.Considering the above submissions, I am of the view that since there is every likelihood of completion of the trial and the cancellation of bail at this stage is not necessary.
