Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2015 and to investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.141 of 2015 for offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 355 and 506(ii) IPC on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.03.2015. 4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
