JUDGMENT

2. This case was listed before this Court on 30.10.2023, 31.10.2023 and 06.11.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. However, there was a representation on behalf of the respondents. Hence, the case was posted today under the caption "for dismissal".
3. In spite of posting of the Second Appeal under the caption "for dismissal", no one has appeared. Hence, there is no purpose in retaining the Second Appeal on the file. Thus, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Second Appeal for default. In the result, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
