Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is the Claimant before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / learned Sub Judge, Karaikal.

2. This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 308 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.6840 of 2025.

3. Learned Counsel for the Respondents has no objection provided that the interest for the period of delay of 308 days is waived.

4. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 308 days is condoned on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 308 days.

5. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order, and to print the name of the learned Counsel for the Respondent-2 in the Appeal, when the Appeal is listed before this Court.
