ORDER

This petition is filed to extend time for complying with the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15451 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1351 of 2024 dated 17.11.2025.

2.Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is granted two weeks time to comply with the order dated 17.11.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.15451 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1351 of 2024, failing which, the order of suspension of sentence granted by this Court shall stand vacated, without further reference to the Court and the respondent shall be at liberty to seek for execution of the impugned Judgment before the trial Court.
