ORDER

The Writ Petition was already dismissed against respondents 2 to 4/ contesting respondents and the application filed seeking condonation of delay in filing the restoration application is dismissed by this Court today. As writ petition has already been dismissed against respondents 2 to 4 by order dated 15.12.2014, no relief can be claimed in favour of the petitioner in the absence of respondents 2 to 4.

2. In the result, Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
