O R D E R

The petitioner is facing disciplinary proceedings initiated by the Directorate of Town Panchayat. The present prayer is to dispose of the said proceedings as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the respondent would dispose of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner within a period of four months.

3. The respondent is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
