O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed, to direct respondents and their subordinates not to insist personal appearance of the construction workers for registration, renewal and all other claims relating to their membership in the 2nd Respondent-Board.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the second respondent/Board that for the registration of the membership, online registration facility has been started from 19.06.2020 and the online renewal facility has been in force from 26.08.2020. Further, the online submission of claim application is functioning from 26.08.2020 onwards.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent/Board, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
