This Writ Petition has been filed to dispose the representation dated 09.11.2018 made by the Petitioner to the Respondents.

The Third Respondent has filed Counter Affidavit dated 29.04.2019 stating that the aforesaid representation of the Petitioner has been disposed by order Ma. Pa. No. 1268/18 dated 26.12.2018 by holding that the claim of the Petitioner to the property has to be established by him before the jurisdictional Civil Court, and a copy of the said order has also been produced. 3.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, nothing remains for consideration in this Writ Petition, which stands disposed as infructuous. No costs.
