This matter is placed before this Court today on the basis of the letter dated 29.01.2026 received from the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in Spl.S.C.No.185 of 2024, by a period of three months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the aforesaid letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri.
