J U D G M E N T

Mr.S.P.Nagaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Revision and has made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Permission granted. The Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.However, on the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with, provided he is represented by a lawyer and unless his presence is required by the learned trial Judge for the progress of the trial or on important occasions. It is needless to state that if the petitioner fails to obey with the directions of the trial Court regarding appearance, the order passed by this Court will loose its efficacy.
