ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the civil revision petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.77 of 2018 pending on the file of II Additional District Munsif Court, Salem had been dismissed for default on 22.01.2024.
2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel, the civil revision has become infructuous as the suit itself is not pending on its file today. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. In case the suit is restored to file, liberty is granted to the revision petitioner to move this Court to restore this revision. No costs.
