J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the first appellant and respondents 3 and 5 in S.A.No.40 of 1997 have died. He further contended that the appellants 1 & 3 and the respondent No.3 in S.A.655 of 1998 have also died. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle. 2.However, the legal heirs of the deceased appellants and respondents have not come forward to implead themselves in the appeal. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants contended that he could not take any steps to conduct the case. 3.In view of the above, these second appeals are dismissed as abated. No costs.
