The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner's son Mr.K.Raja to continue his further studies in B.Arch namely 6th, 7th and 8th semesters as per the original schedule.

2. The writ petition was instituted in the year 2013 seeking relief to permit the petitioner to continue his further studies in B.Arch Course in the year 2013. On account of efflux of time, the relief sought for in the present writ petition lost is relevance and the academic year also ended.

3. That being the factum, no further adjudication is to be undertaken and consequently, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
