Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) had forwarded final report under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C., in City Crime Branch, Coimbatore in Crime No.73 of 2015. Said report had been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore and it is dated 08.01.2016. After investigation of the facts mentioned in the First Information Report, the investigating officer had closed the complaint as mistake of fact.

2. It is also informed by Mr.R.N.Amarnath, learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has unfortunately expired. Nothing further survives to adjudicate. The defacto complainant may take up issue in manner known to law, if aggrieved by the said final report.
