(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This petition has been filed praying to fix an early date for final hearing of H.C.P.No.1824 of 2020.

2. This Court does not find any good reason to fix an early date out of turn, especially, in the light of the fact that Habeas Corpus Petitions challenging detention orders under Act 14 of 1982 are being taken seriatim. If this case is taken out of turn, it may send a very wrong signal.

3. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.

Registry is directed to post H.C.P.No.1824 of 2020 in usual course.
