The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaints dated 03.11.2010 and 12.11.2010 and take action against the accused persons, after registering a case, without any further delay.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to efflux of time, this writ petition may be closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned to work out his remedy, if the same cause of action continues. 3.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed, granting such liberty to the petitioner. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. No costs.
