2.Despite several opportunities were given to the respondents, they did not appear before this Court. Hence, the respondents are called absent and set ex parte.
3.This application has been filed to accept the third party affidavit of G.Sathya Narayan in identifying the signature of the Testator in the Will dated 01.12.2012 in lieu of affidavit of the two attesting witnesses, namely, (1)K.Lakshminarayana and (2)D.Gajapathy, under Will dated 01.12.2012.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed. 5.Registry is directed to list the petition before the learned Master, for recording evidence on 11.03.2024.
