This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2070 days in preferring the above review application against the judgment and decree dated 21.06.1999 made in S.A.No.1504 of 1987. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3.On a perusal of the records, it reveals that Second Appeal is of the year 1987 and the same was dismissed on 21.6.1999. Subsequently, a petition with the delay of 2070 days in preferring the above review application was filed in the year 2005. ms Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
