Application No.1242 of 2015 RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.

1. Learned counsel for the applicant says that the subject vehicle is not traceable and therefore, the warrant could not be executed. 1.1. However, learned counsel informs me that initial remuneration has been paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner, as directed by this Court.

1.2. In these circumstances, counsel for the applicant prays for closure of the application with liberty to approach this Court, in case, the vehicle is traced.
