ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner based on his representation dated 09.1.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, no current paper or CSR has been assigned till date and that a decision will be taken on his representation dated 09.1.2024 at the earliest.

4. In view of the said submission made by learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 09.1.2024 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
