This petition is filed to receive the additional affidavit filed along with the application in the present writ petition in W.P.No.36904 of 2005.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

Since certain facts, which the petitioner wanted to bring to the notice of this Court, it has become necessitated to file this petition. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered as prayed for.

Post the main writ petition after one week, after carrying out the amendments in the cause title.
