This petition has been filed to implead the third respondent as one of the party respondents in the main writ petition.

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition have been perused. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

Satisfied with the reasons, as the third respondent District Forest Officer is a necessary party to decide the lis between the parties, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment.
