Kanimozhi Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to transfer the investigation of the case of the petitioner pending in Crime No.537 of 2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent police to B-4, High Court Police Station, Chennai where the connected complaint of the petitioner is pending investigation vide Crime No.25 of 2015 dated 07.09.2015 or to any other police station in the petitioner's native Kallakurichi Taluk, in and around Villupuram District and the consequential direction to the said investigation officer to whom the case would be transferred to investigate the same and to file the final report before the appropriate court within the reasonable time.

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to transfer the investigation of the case of the petitioner pending in Crime No.537 of 2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent police to B-4, High Court Police Station, Chennai where the connected complaint of the petitioner is pending investigation vide Crime No.25 of 2015 dated 07.09.2015 or to any other police station in the petitioner's native Kallakurichi Taluk, in and around Villupuram District and the consequential direction to the said investigation officer to whom the case would be transferred to investigate the same and to file the final report before the appropriate court within the reasonable time.
2. The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this length of time and the relief sought for is also not sustainable.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
