This petition has been filed to rectify the error committed in the cause title of W.P.No.1047 of 2021 and W.M.P.No.1151 of 2021 that the 1st respondent desigantion be amended as "DISTRICT REVENUE OFFICER" instead of "REVENUE DISTRICT OFFICER".

2. Heard Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the respondents have also not raised any objection for allowing this amendment petition, this W.M.P. is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the main Writ Petition on 16.04.2021.
