A.Nos. 674, 683 of 2022 and 3462 of 2021 in C.S.No.785 of 2015 and C.S.Nos.410 and 288 of 2018 P.VELMURUGAN, J.

These applications have been filed by the plaintiff to bring Mrs.S.Rajalakshmi who is the legal heir of the deceased D1 on record in the above suits.

2. The learned Counsel for the plaintiff has stated that Mrs.S.Rajalakshmi is the wife of the said deceased D1. The plaintiff and D2 who are the sons of the deceased are already on record. The only other legal heir of the deceased D1 is his wife Mrs.S.Rajalakshmi. Therefore, the wife of the deceased D1 has to be impleaded as a defendant in all the above suits.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objection to allow these applications.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits and the submissions made by the respective counsel, these applications are allowed.

5. Plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment and file a amended copy of the plaints before the Registry.
