Totally 19 Writ Petitioners are involved in this Writ Petition. The impugned order has been passed by the 4th respondent by dealing with the case of each petitioner and by assigning separate reasons. Just because the order was passed in a single proceeding, that will not justify filing a single Writ Petition for all 19 petitioners. When this was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will withdraw this Writ Petition with a liberty to file separate Writ Petitions for all the petitioners.

2. This Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to file separate Writ Petitions. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
3. Registry is directed to return back the original certificate copy to the learned counsel for the petitioners to enable the learned counsel to file separate Writ Petitions.
