JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant seeks short accommodation to get the legal heir details. However, this case was listed before this Court on 06.11.2023, 10.11.2023 and 20.11.2023. It was also mentioned before this Court that inspite of their best effort, they are not in a position to get the details about the legal heirs. Therefore, inspite of giving so many adjournments, when the appellant counsel is not in a position to get details of the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant, keeping the second appeals on file without any progress is no use. Hence, both the second appeals are dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 22.11.2023 3/5
