This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to include the main accused namely one Rajapathy as an A1 in Crime No.623 of 2015 pending on the file of 3rd respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.623 of 2015 has been completed and the 3rd respondent police have filed the charge sheet before the Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram, in S.C.88 of 2016. He further submitted that the said Rajapathi is added as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

A4 and the case has ended in acquittal. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to invoke provision under Section 319 of Cr.P.C before the trial Court.
