ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the mother of detenue viz., S.Abirami, aged 23 years, seeks production of her daughter.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent and learned counsel for detenue.

3. Petitioner as also her daughter viz., S.Abirami and Devaraj, S/o.Durairaj are present. They uniformly inform that marriage arrangements are going on towards marriage of the detenue viz., S.Abirami with the said Devaraj on 20.05.2018 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

they confirm that there is no dispute between them. It is informed that upto the date of marriage the detenue will be staying with the petitioner.

4. Recording such position, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
