(Made by S.M. SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The subject matter of the writ petition related to an agreement of sale between the petitioner herein and one Southern Wind Farms Limited, which was not made as a party to the writ petition and non-compliance of the terms and conditions of the agreement by the said firm. It was a commercial contract between the parties. The writ petition came to be dismissed holding that the petitioner was not entitled to the relief sought and the same was also confirmed by the Writ Appellate Court leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the remedies available under law. The said judgment is sought to be reviewed by way of this Review Application.

The grounds raised for review deserve no consideration at the hands of this Court. The scope of review is very limited and the same cannot 2\4

be extended so as to re-appreciate the finding given either by the Writ Court or Writ Appellate Court.

Hence, the review application stands dismissed. No costs. Connected M.P. is closed.
