JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellants submit that despite informing the appellants about the hearing of the Second Appeal, they have not come forward to give instructions. The learned counsel for the appellants has also placed a letter with acknowledgment card before this Court for perusal.

2. Recording the said submissions of the learned counsel for the appellants and since the appellants are not intended to pursue this matter, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
