This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioners' complaint dated 18.02.2014 in CSR.No.21 of 2014.

2. Since this case has been pending from March 2014, this Court perused the records.

3. On the complaint lodged by the petitioners, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.21 of 2014 dated 18.02.2014 before the respondent police.

4. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent police to proceed with the enquiry on the said complaint in CSR.No.21 of 2014 and take action in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, if not already completed.
