ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to arrange for the post mortem examination of the deceased Anbu within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his counsel.

3.The petitioner is the brother of the deceased Anbu had given a complaint dated 26.07.2013 to the 3rd respondent that one Saravanan and the deceased Anbu took the petitioner's bike and met with an accident due to the rash and negligent driving of Saravanan. Due to which, the petitioner's brother Anbu died. On receipt of the petitioner's complaint, the 3rd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

registered an F.I.R in Crime No.174 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 279, 304 (A) of IPC.

4.On investigation, it revealed that the bike was driven by the deceased Anbu and was not driven by Saravanan. Without informing to the 3rd respondent, the petitioner disposed the body of the deceased and concealed the vehicle for the purpose of claiming false insurance.

5.On finding the falsity of the complaint, the 3rd respondent has dropped the investigation as "Charges Abated" and served R.C.S.No.20 of 2013 dated 27.07.2013 to the petitioner. 6.In view of the above nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed.
