C O M M O N O R D E R Mr. R. Muralidaran, the erstwhile counsel for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant has died, and hence his name may be removed from the cause list.

2. These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 69 days in filing set aside abatement caused on account of the death of sole appellant in SA. No. 1266 of 2012; to set aside the abatement caused on account of the death of the sole appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 6 as legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 7 in S.A. No. 1266 of 2012.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Petitions, the same are allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
