The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection for extending the mandate of the learned arbitrator to complete the arbtiral proceedings.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the respondent has not paid the fees to the learned Arbitrator.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that fees has been paid.

4. Recording the above submission, this application stands allowed. The mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended by six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to pass an Award.
