ORDER

This petition has been filed for transfer the investigate in Crime No.314 of 2021 pending the file of the second respondent to the third respondent, on the ground that the investigation is still pending for the past three years.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.314 of 2021 has already been completed and closed same as undetected one. However, the second respondent is yet to serve the closure report to the petitioner.

In view of the above submissions, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted. However, the second respondent is directed to serve the closure report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. On receipt of the same, the

petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition, if so advised.
