ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the order under Section 111 of Cr.P.C in M.C No.1 of 2015/E dated 14.09.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent.
2. In the proceedings under Section 111 of Cr.P.C, the Sub Divisional Magistrate/R.D.O, Dharapuram had issued a show cause notice to the petitioners calling upon them to give a bond for a sum of Rs.1,000/- who were arrayed as "B" party. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Subsequent to the said order, the said parties had given an undertaking that they would bind themselves not to commit any breach of peace until completion of the said enquiry and also a bond was executed by the petitioners as well as two other persons namely, Viswanathan and Duraisamy on 19.11.2015. If at all they would have challenged the order, they would bind themselves to the undertaking given by them on 19.11.2015.
