This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 8 days in filing the above appeal against the final impugned order dated 04.09.2024 passed in STC No.1243 of 2024 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-II, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 8 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
