COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records on the file of the respondent in connection with the order passed by him in his proceedings R.C.No.Estt V(1)/355/83362/2012, dated 26.05.2012 and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the impugned show cause notice issued to the petitioners were not effected and the petitioners have not yet been reverted as Head Constables based on the show cause notice. That apart, the petitioners were promoted as Sub Inspector of Police.

3. Recording the said submission, all the Writ Petitions stand closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
