19413/2018 of On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MYILSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appearance, the petitioner shall execute a bond under Section 88 Cr.P.C. for Rs.5,000/- without sureties, on undertaking to appear before the trial Court, without waiting for summons, in the event of Crl.O.P.No.19413 of 2018 getting dismissed by this Court. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court shall stand dispensed with till the disposal of Crl.O.P.No.19413 of 2018.
