Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.C.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioners and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Commissioner/Nodal Officer has filed a report, wherein it is stated that the Commissioner has completed the Five schemes involving 388 depositors and he is in the process of settling the other depositors also. The Commissioner seeks further extension of time for six months.

2. Post the matter after six months.
