The Commissioner appointed to record the evidence of the plaintiff, Mrs.Kausalya Venkateswaran 'De Bene Esse' has completed the task and has filed a report along with the evidence. The evidence and the report are taken on record.

2.The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) as additional remuneration to the Commissioner. The Commissioner's remuneration will be taxed as costs in the Testamentary Original Suit. If the petitioner is successful, she will be entitled to realize the costs from the respondents.
