ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Mandamus directing the first respondent bank to serve a certified copy of FMR No.IOBK-2103-0084, dated 29.09.2021, classifying the Loan Account No.252402000000500 as 'FRAUD'.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.L.Ganesh, learned Counsel for the first respondent bank, would submit the first respondent bank will provide a copy of the said order.

Therefore, recording the same and further directing the first respondent bank to provide the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a web-copy of this order without waiting for a certified copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
