Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to settle the final bill of Rs.78,60,000/ - (Seventy Eight Lakhs Sixty Thousand ) for the work executed by the petitioner in pursuant to the notice to proceed with the work in Roc.No.2386 / 2019 /E1 dated 22/11/2019 as per the Contractors Journal Voucher (MCF 20 ) Issued by the 2nd respondent dated 26/11/2021 and as per the request of the petitioner dated 01/12/2021 and 05/01/2022.

ORDER

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the petitioner has executed the works as per the contract. However, the final bill amount has not be settled by the respondents. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation it is yet to be considered.

2. Under these circumstances the respondents are directed to consider the representation and take a decision within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
