ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Special Teacher (Sewing) in pursuance to the revised provisional selection list dated 12.10.2021 issued by the second respondent showing the petitioner as selected in serial No.129 with Registration No.17ST22040286 in the Backward Class Woman category (BC W) in the recruitment process conducted by the second respondent vide Notification No.5/2017 dated 26.07.2017.

3. The petitioner was provisionally selected and subjected to certificate verification. However, since the respondents had not completed the verification process within a reasonable time, similarly placed persons had approached the Hon-ble Madurai Bench of this Court and by an order dated 30.11.2023 passed in WP.(MD).No.27630 of 2023, a learned Judge had recorded the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the Teachers- Recruitment Board (TRB) that they would complete the certificate verification process within three months and had directed TRB to forward the final selection list on or before 31.01.2024 and issue the appointment orders to the petitioners therein on or before 28.02.2024.
4. In view of the directions already being given by the co-ordinate bench of this Court in WP.(MD).No.27630 of 2023, which the respondents are bound to comply with, no fresh orders are required to passed in the present Writ Petition.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed with a direction to the respondents to comply with the orders passed in WP.(MD).No.27630 of 2023 dated 30.11.2023, within a time stipulated therein. No costs. 23.01.2024 Internet: Yes Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order lok 4/6
