ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petitions to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the directing the second respondent to modify the permit route from Savitha Theatre to Panampattu water tank instead of Villupuram old bus stand to Panampattu water tank and respective application filed on 31.03.2015, reminder dated 10.08.2015 and lastly filed on 03.03.2016 within a time frame.

2. Mr.M.S.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation and pass orders, within a stipulated time, in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 31.03.2015, 10.08.2015 and 03.03.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
